PC Spool™ is designed to integrate with your current office management system. The PC Spool program brings advanced electronic claims submission capabilities to your existing office management system. The Spool captures the image of the HCFA 1500 claim form on the way to the printer. This image is interpreted and formatted for electronic submission to our Med-E-Link / Dentnet network. After transmission to the network via modem, the claim is audited, edited, reformatted and then forwarded electronically to the appropriate payor. This audit/edit will subsequently lower the amount of rejected claims from the carrier. Reports of accepted, rejected and pending claims are available the next business day.
