Automated Office Systems writes, maintains, supports and updates Compident, an Office Management Software (OMS) specialized for the Dental Office. Compident is an easy-to-use yet comprehensive program, designed to assist dentists and their staffs in the many aspects of the management of a dental practice. The program also provides offices with Electronic Claim Submission (ECS). ECS speeds' payment, insures receipt of claims by the carrier, reduces costly delays and allows for tighter control over accounts receivable. You do not need a lot of experience with computers to use COMPIDENT. You select functions through the use of menus. Simply press the letter to the left of the selection you desire or use the mouse and COMPIDENT prompts you with questions that follow the process. You do not need to memorize any codes. Pop-up windows allow you to view, add/edit and select codes.
